Kevin Johnson Actually Ahead of Previous Years MX Pace

Glen Helen is in the record books and now there are
just 11 more rounds to go. That seems like an awful lot of hard
Motos. This past weekend at Glen Helen was a good one for me.
My Bridgestone tire, Big Gun Exhaust, Oneal backed, Star Racing Yamaha YZ250F
was a rocket all weekend. I would like to thank everyone who has been
supporting me this year.
I scored more points in the second moto, with a 15th place, than I have in the
past two years of racing the nationals. It is just too bad my bike broke
in the first moto. I was running 16th when I had to drop out. But,
I know that it was a blessing from God. When everyone else started
getting tired in the second moto, I was still good. It is a lot easier to
just do one moto, than doing both. Don't get me wrong; I want to finish
strong both Motos. God was just keeping me focused on Him. You
know, God is more important than racing!
