Well fans I haven't written in for a while.  I finished up eleventh overall in the 125 East Coast points.  I am not too happy with that, but it is my best and most consistent finish year to date.  I was just hoping to be a few spots better.

This past weekend was the 125 East/West shootout at Las Vegas and it went ok.  I crashed on Friday in practice and landed on the same shoulder I hurt last year.  I ended up reseperating my sc joint. It hurt a little. Special thanks to the Asterisk medical team (especially Eddie Casillas) for getting it taped up, so I was able to ride.  I made the Main, which is kind of like a top ten on an ordinary weekend.

In the Main, I ran ok until I cased a triple and really hurt my shoulder.  I could hardly hold on and steadily faded to the back.  I am a little upset because I am forced to take this week off and let my shoulder heal.  I am hoping to ride next week some and be ready for Hangtown.

Thanks,

Kevin Johnson 78
