Well, Binghamton didn't go so well for me

Well, Binghamton didn't go so well for me.  It was pretty muddy in the morning and my 450 felt like a 1973 Bultaco. The 450 with about 30 lbs of extra mud was kind of hard for me to handle.  I know everyone was on the same track and I still should have qualified.    I just rode like a dork.

One thing that was awesome about the race was that after I sulked a little bit, I realized that the people in racing aren't right.  You aren't just as good as your last race.  I know that I am better than that and I know that I can still do well.  Way more important than that I am more than just a motorcycle racer.  I can still say that God is good and I have been truly blessed.  I can still say that I am happy and satisfied in that fact that God loves you and I.  He sent his son to die for me so that I am more than just a racer.  I have a much bigger reason to live than just to race.

God Bless,

Kevin Johnson
